Lesson 3 Hiragana (ka - ki - ke - ko - ku)
The 2nd set of Hiragana is the Monographs (
gojūon
) combinations with k. Each vowel (a - i - e- o - u) gets paired with the consonant to form a new syllable.

where the k is pronounced as in

ing

ko
5.
ku
Hiragana
(ka - ki - ke - ko - ku)
Writing ka
Writing ki
Writing ku
Writing ke
Writing ko
